Breaching is an incredible display of the power and size of a whale. With just a few beats of its flukes, a humpback whale can propel its gigantic body out of the water. It’s impossible to know exactly when or where a breach will occur, so witnessing the sudden behavior is a major thrill while capturing the moment on film is pure ecstasy.
